We take care of them all along the year, to extract it as allways has been made: by hand and with dogs that we train since they are puppies, exclusively to this purpose.
We offer you a quality, totaly fresh, healty, and ecological product. All pieces are collected at its optimum point of maduration, brushed, classified and calibrated by hand.
We process them directly in our Factory, delicately, without braking the cold chain and sorting by batches to ensure the traceability.
At the same time, we want to do something different from a such natural and classic product. We put all our efforts to do that everything at the truffle warehouse became something special and different.

Tuber Melanosporum, Black Truffle
The taste of the forest in a slice. An Intense and complex aroma. Its volatile compounds remains to the forest, wet earth, grass, wood, roots and moss. An aroma apogee with infinite possibilities.
Tuber Magnatum, White truffle
The queen of the party, its powerful aroma to garlic and benzene will hit you full. Due to its shortage its on the 10 more expensive foods on the world list.
Stilish sophistication. To the eye is very similar to Tuber Melanosporum, althought its aroma is not so intense and sophisticated. By the other hand, is more versatile and cheaper.
